For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It does the job and feels worth the money. There were a couple small things that could’ve been better, and they seemed preventable, but overall I can’t complain too much.

It was okay overall. It’s not even about expecting something amazing or over-the-top, I just didn’t feel like there was anything that really stood out. Not bad by any means, just kind of average.

I had to send one item back and it was easy, I got a response quickly and the refund showed up after a few days so there wasn’t really any big hassle with it and I’m happy enough with how it all went...

Ordering was easy and stress-free. Checkout went through quickly, which was a relief, but I did feel a little anxious when the confirmation email took longer than expected to arrive.

After about a week, my face didn’t feel as tight anymore, which was such a nice surprise. It’s not some overnight miracle or anything, but it definitely helped my skin barrier feel a lot calmer and more comfortable. I’m happy with it.

I was glad they had the stuff I was looking for in stock. I’d checked a few other places first and everything was sold out, so finding it here was sorta a relief.
The site was easy enough to get around, and I could see what was available without having to click all over the place.

I ordered a few things from ampersandskin.com the whole thing turned into a bit of a waiting game. At first everything seemed fine, but then the tracking just kind of stopped giving useful updates, so I kept checking it and wondering where my order had actually got to. It ended up arriving later than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating, especially when there wasn’t much info to go on. That said, when the package finally showed up, everything was intact and the products themselves were totally fine. So it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not the smoothest delivery. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in any hurry

It went on really easily, but am I the only one who had to spend a little extra time blending it out? Once I got it blended, it looked nice though

I decided to order from ampersandskin.com after seeing a few decent reviews, i’m happy with it. The package showed up on time and everything was straightforward, no over-the-top packaging or anything, just solid. The cream feels really nice on my skin, and so far I haven’t had any irritation or weird reaction, which is a big plus for me. I’d definitely order it again.

My order showed up packed really well, nothing was leaking or smashed or anything. The box looked tidy but not like over the top, and everything had enough padding inside. it kinda felt like someone actually cared when they packed it. I’d definately order again.

My skin does feel a little softer, so I’ll give it that, but I haven’t really noticed any big difference yet. I also kind of felt talked down to when I had questions about how long it’s supposed to take, which didn’t help. Maybe it just needs more time, but right now I’m not super impressed.

I actually like the products, so no complaints there. The subscription side on ampersandskin.com, though, made me feel like I was solving a tiny mystery. I just wanted to change my delivery date, but it took a bit of clicking around to figure out where that was hiding, and then I wasn’t completely sure the update even saved. Very relaxing, obviously.
Skipping or canceling isn’t impossible, to be fair, but it’s not as easy as I expected either. Customer service did get back to me, which helped, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just think the account page could be a lot clearer. Overall, not terrible, not amazing — just kind of okay.

The scent is okay, just not really my favorite. It fades faster than I expected, and when I reached out about it, I was hoping for a quicker response.

I’ve been using Ampersand Skin for around 5 weeks now, usually at night before bed. I didn’t really expect anything dramatic, but my skin does seem smoother and the fine lines near my eyes look a little less noticeable.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it took some time before I could actually see a difference, and it’s not exactly cheap. Still, I’m happy with the results so far and I’ll probably keep using it.

I picked this up from ampersandskin.com hoping it would help with my dry skin, but for me it didn’t seem to do much. It felt nice when I first put it on, but after about an hour my face felt dry again. I can’t say for sure if it’s the product or just my skin being stubborn, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again.

Am I the only one whose sensitive skin just couldn’t handle this? I really wanted to like it, but almost right after using it my face got red and itchy, which isn’t something that usually happens to me that quickly.
